Counter-Notices
If you believe material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice containing the information required by the DMCA. We may restore the material if permitted by law and if the complaining party does not seek a court order within the applicable period.

Where appropriate and in our discretion, we may disable or terminate access for users who repeatedly infringe copyrights or repeatedly submit infringing material.
